Accommodation is in a private guest house, 50 metres from expansive white sandy beach. The guest house is totally private and comprises of 4 double, twin or king rooms all en suite,each bathroom stunningly fitted and all rooms magnificently individually furnished. Enjoy the private pool and the beautiful tropical garden. When you chose to come to us we take your health seriously. From the moment you arrive we are on hand to support and guide you through an invigorating interlude. During your stay you will be cared for by Ann, registered nutritionist/councillor with many years experience in nutrition, food preparation and meal planning. Ann will be holding food preparation workshops where you will learn interesting facts about food and nutrition. These mini workshops provide the opportunity to discuss issues regarding food choices and your personal meal plan, to discuss your weight, your expectations, desired goals and you will be invited to keep contact after your stay to maintain your weight loss and fitness progress.
You will begin your stay with a consultation with Ann, your nutritionist. We will consult with you privately and record your weight, blood pressure, your BMI and your waist/hip ratio. You will also meet your personal trainer, David, who has extensive experience of personal training and fitness instruction and is accredited with the IFA International Fitness Association, USA. He will take you through your fitness program. You will have the opportunity to discuss with him your fitness level, your expectations and your goals. We are both there to support and encourage you. We will be doing our best to invigorate and revitalise you. You will feel slimmer, more toned, feel more energetic and reach a new level of fitness, even after only a few days on our program. With our help and guidance you will reshape your life and go back to your daily life fitter, with renewed vigour, a new level of vitality, and a fresh approach to fitness and health that will prolong and enhance your life. You will be taking steps to avoid life threatening illnesses, heart disease, diabetes, liver and kidney disease, high blood pressure and even some cancers, particularly breast and bowel cancer.
Our Intensity Fitness Program offers a full range of fitness disciplines from workouts , vigorous aerobics, Zumba on the idyllic sandy beach, step aerobics, water aerobics, body toning with weights and abs mat workouts. Come with a group of friends, join other like minded people and work together, or arrange with the trainer for one to one personal fitness training.
We aim to make your stay enjoyable, with three full meals a day, as well as snacks, all prepared by a highly trained chef using the best ingredients available. Forget bland, uninteresting slimming meals. Our meals are planned with your health in mind and with the emphasis on balance and nutritional content. Meals will be packed with energy giving nutrients and bursting with flavour. You will not go hungry. We want your stay to be memorable, fun and action packed but with time to relax as well so that you will want to come back.
